Yes, and yes. And no, the entire chassis of the GTP supras is not CF. They have an EXTREMELY wide wide body kit on them, they are identical except for color... ones baby **** green, the other one is piss yellow.MinisterofDOOM wrote:Greenish blackish brownish...you mean like baby ****?
Is it a Mark IV?
you mean like the frame frame or the body frame? something tells me carbon kevlar frame rails would be an interesting engineering undertaking...yelnatsch517 wrote:PS. When I mean complete carbon fiber, I mean everthing. The whole frame was carbon fiber, not just bumpers, sides and doors... everything down to the pillars and roof was carbon fiber. How much you guys think that costs?
Damn...complete carbon fiber chassis. That must have been really really expensive and a little on the unecessary side for a street car. IMO those are among the most hanous Supras ever : But super props for the carbon fiber they got going on. I can't imagine how long it took to build those things.nismofly wrote:

Does that make you a fan of the MK3 if you detest the Mk4 so much?SeVa-S13 wrote:I've never been a big fan of the MKIV's looks, ugly front, obnoxious tailights, but from the side they look quite nice. (of course everyone loves the 2JZ)
But those two cars just go above and beyond hideous. Why make an gaudy, over-sized body that's really light (and probably a deathtrap) when you could put the engine in an already lighter, better-handling vehicle if you LOVE the 2JZ so much?
Naturally, but it should be noted that I tend to like things less for the extremely shallow reason that everyone else thinks it's the best thing since internet pr0n.skydragoness5 wrote:
