I assume no, because greddy makes a separate shift knob for honda/acura and nissan, even though they are the same styles outside.

depends on the shift knob. Some are universal. I had a momo spot carbon shift knob in my eclipse when i got it, then my eclipse was totaled and now the shift knob is in my 240.

YES honda shifters screw right onto 240s

before I got my momo knob, my friend gave me his OEM 1990 Civic knob which screwed right on tight as could be. So, I would say it will fit.

Yeah, those honda knobs take the nissan shaft just the way they should.
