well brian said pics wont be up til mon/tue, so ill just post my impression for now. this is just for the roof spoiler, as im still waiting on the trunk spoiler.

the cf is very nice, its quite polished and smooth, the pattern looks good. the build quality of the spoiler is good as well.

heres the problem i had, since surman has a full stillen body kit i was able to directly compare the stillen roof scoop to the CF one. stillens has like a dip that leads from the roof and slowly goes up. the CF spoiler doesnt have this dip and its bulky, so it doesnt transition as well. this is just for those that said its an exact copy of stillen's.... its not.

There was also a substantial gap once i put it on the car with 3m tape, and I had to use a lot of silicone to fill it in, again nothing serious just annoying really.

but other than those 2, it looks very good, everyone at the D1 show liked it and it looks good once on the car.

Silicone? From your boobies? Can you see the silicone? Does it adhere the wing well?

well here are the pics that brian took at the D1 show. This is just the roof scoop on my car, I actually got the trunk CF spoiler in the mail yesterday and will put it on this weekend. I can take some pics of that too.

It doesn't look like it fits right. How do you eel about the way it fits? Does it look like it fits better in person?

i think it looks fine on the car. you can see surman's car parked next to mine and the way his roof scoop sits looks very similar.

like i said before, the transitions from the car to the spoiler aren't as perfect as stillen's but at the same time, you don't notice that when looking at the car in person.

I want the carbon trunk so bad. I'm getting the hood on Saturday but I'm so close to finishing the aesthetics but sooo much more money

Yea i wonder?! . . . how'bout the trunk spoiler from AIT? i think it looks sortta better than the stillen spoiler.

too much work to post up those pics -but- yeah that AIT trunk spoiler looks DO0oOPE!! i like how it flows with the trunk lines.

So, its pretty obvious that someone took the Stillen spoiler, wrapped it in carbon fiber, threw a clear coat over it, and is selling it on ebay...

well i compared compared my two spoilers with surman's stillen spoilers. The roof scoop is different, stillen's is better. But the trunk spoiler is exactly the same.

Its a different design... mine is arriving tomorrow...

The stillen one swoops down before coming up, and the ebay one is on a downward curve.. its hard to tell from the pics, but when i saw the 2 of them next to eachother (surman and toxik) it was easy to see the difference between the two designs!

The ad with stillens car in the pic tho is robbery, i emailed kyle with a link to it the second i saw it.
