If they're anything like the ones for my Maxima they use double sided tape. They look pretty good at the beginning, but after about a year or so I noticed mine starting to look really bad so I just ripped them off. I'd buy some as backups just incase they get to that point.

From a distance they look solid black..it's not till you get close to the car that you can tell they are carbon fiber...i really like them

And that, my friend, is all that matters! I've seen some CF trim that I really like. I wouldn't do it on my car, but I've seen some that I like.
