I think this might be a good chance to make CF version of headliner cover. It's a small interior panel that sun visors are bolted on to. I've seen many people looking for this piece. Mine cracked too.

If you make it, they will buy. I'd buy one too. Maybe. From the looks of things, that piece may run us 40 or 50 bucks, and frankly, the cracks don't bug me THAT much.

I'll buy one that doesn't have predrilled holes for the sunvisors (i already removed my visors).

Just depends on price & pics.

Can one of the mods tell me what happened to above thread? It's gone. I really need to talk to the guy. I have some parts to wrap in carbon fiber, but can't find a good shop.

Cool, I can give you some more places. Don't know who offers best quality and price yet. I'm still looking. If anyone knows other place, please post here. I've learned there are not many places who can do carbon fiber wrapping out there.

http://kognitiondesign.com (He's on z****.net. yokota said good quality work)http://www.topshopcarbon.com (Celica guys use this place)http://carbontrix.com (Googled and found this)

oh... do they just do overlays?

i'm not a fan of overlays... i'll still contact these peeps regarding some custom 1-off projects i'd like to do. i have a few other people lined up for when the time comes. however, since tcevolution.com is down i can't get the links. i had them posted there.

They should be able to do both overlays and making parts out of original stuff. Whatever you want, you will have to provide original part as a mold. I'll check out tcevolution.com when it's up.

Just found out that Kognition only does stuff for racing industry. No work for small personal projects.

If enough people want carbon or carbon/kevlar mix pieces i would consider starting a little side project.

Some of the work ive done mostly for my racing stuff...This was a carbon/orange kelvar weave but epoxy turned it a redish color looks kick *** though...

I'll getting pics of samples didnt put alot into it looking AWESOME when i was just gonna paint it.And after i was done : ) for fun...

Just let me knwo what you think... discounts for NICO members too...

Sorry. I have to say this guy is not reliable. I called, emailed and left a message in this thread, but no response. I wish he's more active on Nico.

I also wanted to order from him until I saw all the bad reviews about him on the srt4 forums.
