Sorry dude, but no...ViS Racing is a California company, just like Extreme Dimensions. I paid out my a$$ to get my hood shipped to me (although they gave me a pretty deep discount!). With shipping and the lovely "brokerage fee", I paid almost CAD$1200 for my hood. Definitely worth it though!

Because I think the look of four vents it too crowded and I don't mind paying the extra $$$ to get what I want. Funny thing is that up here in Canada, I don't know of too many folks with ED products. For whatever reason, the tuner shops up here seem to go for ViS and Seibon.

...According to ESP, the VIS hood does come with removable panels for the vents that will close them up, that is a plus if you are concerned but as I was told numerous times, although a lot of water does drip down, it won't be enough to hydrolock.
Rob nailed it.Yes, the ViS hood has the removable vent covers, but in all honesty I don't use them anymore. I purchased a HydroShield for my filter and haven't had any problems whatsoever (have always used 'em on my intakes too). As some of you know, I drove the AC down to SoCal for my honeymoon a few weeks ago. As the locals can attest to, we got some mighty rain down there. I drove from LA to San Diego and back again in the pouring rain and my filter was fine. In all honesty, I've never seen rain like that before and my coupe pulled through it okay with the vented hood.
Really and truly, it comes down to what you like the look of better and how much you can afford to drop on it.
