I got rid of the stock one when I put the 3.5 in my Maxima and chalked it up to weight reduction

I got mine from Ionic, it was made to fit both 5th and 6th gens. I know because I worked with them in development, that's my car on their site. As for the price, yesh a bit pricey but IDK because mine was free! But I will say that I've had it for over 2 years and ti still looks like new! Great upgrade...

man dude...save your money. dont buy **** from "ionic dynamics." they suck! i bought a carbon fiber cover for my '99 maxima from them. when i got it, it was in a box two times too big for it without any bubble wrap or any sort of packaging protection. plus, it had huge white finger prints all over it like the guy who put it in the box had white paint all over his hands and it wouldnt come off the cover at all! plus, it also had 2 small cracks, 1 on either side. when we tried to call them about it, they never answered. we left multiple messages and emails, none of which were returned. so, after spending WAY too much time and effort trying to get anywhere with them i ended up giving it away to another maxima owner. i will NEVER try to get anything from "ionic dynamics" ever again!! this is my $0.02...take it or leave it.

*UPDATE*As of this past week, we have just now been contacted by the owner of the company in an attempt to correct this past ordeal. We have been in close contact over the last few days with quick responses by both parties involved and have resolved the issue. They have tried to make sure the resolution to the experience as a whole is a satisfied customer.

That sucks to hear, I have never heard of anyone having issues. Jose and the crew seem pretty on it from what I have seen. I have worked with them on a few projects in the past...

ive read at least three, with this being the third, threads about poor craftsmanship AND very bad customer service from ionic dynamics.

i know they are a maxima industry brandname, but with that kind of reputation on the line they should really take buyer satisfaction more seriously.

i was originally planning on getting a lip from them, as overpriced as it was, but now i fear that i might end up having to deal with shotty work and an impossible return process. ill look elsewhere....

Well if you have a 5th I30/I35 there is NO other option for a body kit. I bought my entire body kit from them, although I believe the side skirts are a little ugly. So far they have been responsive to all emails and really friendly too. Jose seems like a nice guy and answered all my questions and considered some of my input. sooooo maybe you should fabricate a body kit up or find an alternative. Plus I believe their return policy is stated as it is on their website.

I think stillen makes a body kit for the Q you might want to check them out not sure what year you got but I did see a front lip for a 2k on their site.

$20.00..... total cost for three cans of spray, and some tool box non slip pads. Before people start pointing out the mess ups... it was a 10 minute job.

I would never pay for a decorative carbon fiber piece.... the stuff is just flat out expensive, and in my opinion, over rated.
