Prepare for a bubble burster.

If you haven't worked with these materials, then its better to search for the product already made. I know 240's can get the exterior and interior doors done in either glass or CF.

The amount of time it would take for an inexperienced person would be way way too extensive.

Still not detered? Alright, I like your style.

I have always played with the idea in my dome piece, but I've never worked with those mediums. The more and more I prepare to create a nice audio setup, the more and more it makes sense to just do it all custom i.e. the doors with custom pods.

My suggestion is go get a book and buy an interior door panel from ebay, get yourself some fiber glass and resin and have fun experimenting. Thats my plan atleast. Hopefully in the next month or two.

Anyways, to answer your question: Yes people have, mainly custom shops. If YOU search you can easily find links of pictures.
