Any intrest in a Carbon Fiber Coil pack Cover. Can do it either smoothe or lay some colored copy down in them if people are intrested. I have a source for them. He said around 50 to 60 a peice.. He wants a production run. If people are intrested I will talk to mods about posting this elsewhere. Just trying to get some intrest on this first see if I can get the QTY where he wants it.

I think its safe to say a lot of us would be down for custom coilpack covers, the only problem would be price I personally would want a smooth one but carbon fiber is getting played out.

Something like Cortinas MK1 cover looks hot.

Megasquirt CA what car is your motor in? Also what manifold is that your running, custom? And you motor is probably the cleanest pic I have seen of a CA since C-Rads rebuild. Very nice.

if you did one with holes with a screen underneath, it'd probably be better as its a sauna under that cover, but then i probably won't be buying one so my opinion isn't really worth anything

I like the idea of a ventilated one but OTOH I'd be worried about all the crap that would build up in it ..

Ok So right now I have a count of 11. Let me go to him and see if he will make 20 that way I can cover those who havent spoken up yet. Might be enough. I know he was talking like 50 or so but if I make the mold for him maybe he will reduce the QTY.

I would be in for one as long as the finished product looks good.

I know Todd, and can get in touch with him about this. He's very busy building custom suspensions for MGs these days, but I know he'll put this together if the interest, and commitment is there.
