I've got a rotten carb in my '78 620 and I'm wondering what the best thing to do would be. I already cleaned it and rebuilt it, but my problems didn't leave. I took it to a mechanic I know and he said that something's getting stuck in the throttle body and he doesn't know how to fix it....

New carb? Weber? Rebuilt Hitachi? What would you do if you were poor and wanted your truck to run?

Get a Weber 32/36 with an adapter plate or high rise adapter. I got mine in a trade, cuz I be a poor boy too. lol
