CARB legal power article

I know there are three or four of you seething at the title of this post, but bear with me. In the last two months, one of the big three import rags had an article on emmisions, CARB legality, EO#'s and stuff like that. In this article, there was a website that listed parts that had recieved an EO#. If anyone knows of this website, what is it? In addition, if you know the magazine, article, or month that I'm talking about that would help too. I know someone else mentioned this article recently, but for the life of me I can't find where it's mentioned. I need that website or another like it though, so everybody put on your thinking caps... thanks guys (and girls, all what three of you?).Lates.The Ryno

If anyone can point me to some kind of listing of CARB legal parts for KA24DE engines, I'll send you a spanking "backup" of the Initial D Battle Stages (as soon as I figure out how to burn the damn thing.)
