CARB Legal KA24 Turbo Kit?

Hello people. I'm new to engine work and am still very much learning. California hasn't helped with this either so bare with me . Are there any Carb stamped turbo kits out there anymore for the KA?? (95 S14) From my understanding years ago, and from what I can remember is that Greddy had one.. however it's 2024 now. I'm not looking for any crazy numbers either. 250-280 who would be plenty, anything out there? I'm trying to keep this car to as close as legal as possible, better yet legal. Keeping the EGR, Carb approved turbo kit, no straight pipe, I also have an OBD1 ECU- help needed! Thanks in advance!
