Car worked fine now almost nothing works, Runs but no gauges or a/c, blower!?!?!

I dont know whats going on,Its my friends car and im trying to help him fix it,He bought the car 3 days ago and everything worked fine,He revved to about 6.5k rpms and then the gauges stopped working completely and the fan to bring in hot or cold air dosnt work either does a/c the auto seat belts dont work either,I checked the fuses in the car and the one for the "meter" was blown which is a 10A i replaced it and everytime you turn the key to the "on" position it blows the fuse i checked the ones for blower motor as well and they are fine,I changed them anyways to be sure and they still arent working,I got the gauges to work again for like 5 seconds of the car running but it blew the fuse again,What can this be?!?! its puzzling to me i dont know what to do any help would be appreciated thank you

What year, model, etc.

It's grounding out. Time to pull out the multimeter and start testing where it's getting the ground out.

The fan to bring air in? This a front wheel drive car with electric fans or a mechanical fan on a rear wheel drive?
