after a long drive to the airport to pick up my gf, i ran in for about 15 mins and came out and the car wont start. it just cranks and cranks (meaning starter is OK) and wont fire up. SAFC screen read everytime that i stepped on the throttle its still 0% even if i full throttle. it lead me to think that the TPS was messed up causing the car not to start?? i tried push starting it and still wont start. i finally unplugged the fuel feed line going into the fuel rail and cranked over.... NO FUEL going into the rail! which lead me to think that the fuel pump fuse is blown... its not!! the fuel pump fuse is also wired to my electric fan relay that i rigged up for my electric fan so its just switching on my fans, not drawing power from it. i then pulled my fuel pump and cut the harness and ran a direct wire from the battery to the fuel pump and it pumps! so the fuel pump is ok...
i then switched the fuel pump on and tried cranking and still not start... so theres 2 problems... tps is dead? fuel pump not getting power? with a dead TPS would i still be able to start the car?
has anyone experienced this kind of problem b4? the car all of a sudden died for no reason... during the drive to the airport (2 hour drive) everything was ok, all gauges and engine temps... HELP ME!!!
