Pull an injector connector and install a noid light (get one at napa) check for the flashing light while cranking that is the electrical signal to the injector. if you cant afford or find one a multimeter will work. just make sure it stays connected the hole time you are cranking or you might set a code for a missing circuit. Set meter on volts and probe the back of the connector with two paper clips made to look like a straight wire, they should just push down along side the wire with the connector still connected to the injector. Do not let paper clips touch each other. connect multimeter to the clips and crank you should see close to batt voltage there.
If you do then you eliminated the electrical part of the fuel injection system. Next check the battery voltage to the fuel pump.
you can also check for fuel by taking out the spark plugs and cleaning them off good then replacing them, cranking, take them out again and smell them, if there is fuel it will smell like gas.
Do you have spark, you said you checked all the wires but you never said you had spark.
Take a plug out and connect it to the plug wire, lay the plug on the top of the motor (something metal) then crank the engine, you should see the spark jumping from the plug to the metal object you placed it next to.
thats all I can think of checking but start really simple and check the fuses first....... Might save you a lot of time
