The battery works but when I turn the key nothing happens. No clicking or anything. I was hooking up my power cable to my amp and it sparked. I went to start my car, it clicked then wouldn't do anything. Anyone know whats up?

I should add my battery doesn't seem like its getting full power because the windshield wipers move slower but I checked the battery with a meter and it read 12v
