Car wont start

My girlfriends car wont start. Its getting fuel to the fuel rail and its getting spark. I ohm tested her injectors and they were all around 11 ohms. The look like brand new injectors and they are red just like the one in my 300zx tt but the car was running before so I dont think that they are 740's. It cranks just fine. I would do a compression check but I know your supposed to do that while the engine is warm. The engine has over two hundred thousand miles so im guessing that might be the problem but do you guys have any ideas.
