car wont start

about three weeks ago, i wired up a z32 wrong and smoke came out of where i twisted the wires together.... after that the car wouldnt start, i rewired my old mas air flow and it still wouldnt start... so i finally got my ecu for the s15 and go figure, it still wont start... this ecu is a little different, the numbers are off by 1, old says QT23710-91F01, the new one i just got says NQ 23710-91F07... if anyone has any idea, please let me know, thank you.
