car wont start

ok i was driving and my would rev past 4k so i check under the hood and the maf is pluged up good so i clean it up alittle and the car was mint so i take around the block a few times and it starts to die out so i pull into a gas station and turn the car off and back on and it wont turn on it just cranks but wont turn over so i notice the fuel pump didnt prime so i figured oh its just a fuse all the fueses were good so i pick up another walbro 255 put it in and nothing the pump wont turn on. so i replaced the fuel pump relay and still nothing i broke out the mutimeter and i cant seem to locate the problem so i ran i wire from the 12v fuse under the hood the pump turns on but it still wont start. the car is getting fuel and it has spark.

yea i just pulled out the ecu it is dead i opened it up and the board inside is kinda black and burned so now i need another ecu what are the odds of me getting another and the same thing happening again as soon as i plug it in
