car wont start

i have a 91 240sx se. i took it out one day and was racing it and noticed that she was being a little sluggish. the next day i went to start it and would not start. the little malfunction light on the dash came on also. she would crank but not kick over. so i thought maybe fuel filter was clogged but changed it out and had not luck. now even with the key on i get no pressure hardly from the fuel pump does that mean it is going out. i also did a check with removing one of the spark plug after cranking it and noticed there was no fuel on the spark plug. can someone please help me. thanks

changing the fuel pump always helped me when my car didn't stop. want a walbro high pressure for $90?
