car wont start please help

hey guys this like my first post ever ... i have a problem ... my car wont start... i thought maybe i didnt have gas so i put some more in.. didnt work.... sounds like the starter is working but my engine wont crank... i have been having problems with my batt. ... tried to jump start my car didnt work either.. nothing inside my car turns on beside my highbeam lights even though i didnt turn them on thats when i get a jump.

nothng inside your car turns ons? better check your fuses.
