car wont start ... no fuel gets to the chambers??

my car wont star!!! i get spark compression just no fuel.... if i manually touch the injectors with wires from my battery and put fuel in the chambers the car starts and runs for 10-15 seconds. i fliped the rail and turned my distributor by hand and i dont get enough fuel coming out from my injectors its only like 5cm long.. but if i touch the injector from wires from my battery the stream of fuel goes to the other side of my engine bay. i have enough fuel pressure i think...i mean is shot fuel across my engine bay... i think its a weak pulse going to my injectors or my crank angle senser but i have a 89 soch and iv been told they dont hav crank angle sensers, is that true? anyone know how to fix a weak pulse? could it be my ecu? anyone have any sugestions?

have you checked the fuel pump? kinda noob answer but id check the fuel pump, filter and lines first.
