car wont start. I'm stumped

ok well I have an 89' 240sx ka24e I just ran into this problem after leaving the car parked for a week. Basicly it started and ran fine, drove it for a few miles and stopped started fine, drove it about 20 miles and it just died kinda felt like it was out of gas, it started up after sitting for about 5 min and was fine, started it up a few more times and no problem, then I stepped on the gas and it just died, then after 30 min it was fine no problems, drove to the gas station and put gas in it and it wouldn't start, this time it felt like it didn't have any spark then it started feeling like it wanted to go but had no gas so I gave it some and it started fine, and it hasn't done anything since, its running now, and it drives fine with no problems, but Im just scared as to what this could be, My brothers having the same problem with his but his only does it when its cold mines only doing it when its hot. any one have any sugestions? and yes I checked the fuel pressure and when it felt like there was no spark I pulled a plug and tested it it had spark.
