car wont start help any idea's

i went to start my car and nothin.this is after i had it on the battery charger all night.so i figured i killed the battery so went and bought a new one well still nothing. So i checked the fuses all where good . Im not getting power to my fuel pump and other things but my lights will all turn on but my car wont turn over or anything. does any one know any ideas of what it could be i been searchin for the last 3 days lol.

its like when the key is turn u get power well in my case u dont what could it be other then the igntion. switch
