Car wont start/Fuel injector changed

I changed a fuel injector yesterday, the car ran fine on all 6 cylinders finally. Today on a cold morning the car started up fine and i went to work. After work the car would not start up, turned and turned the key until i decided to push the gas pedal and it started finally but it keeps doing it what can be the problem. and now my exhaust is backfiring too.

Pinched o-ring, flooding cylinder, possibly hydrolocking with fuel

Could also be a clogged fuel filter

So i drove it to work again today, it still wont start withough pushing the gas pedal. and its still backfiring alot when i change gears or let off the gas. there is a weird smoking smell coming from the car now. and some smoke coming out and in through the ac vents.

Start the car and go under the hood and see if you smell fuel. If you do, then it's probably a pinched o-ring like NoLimit said.
