car wont start , ECU bolt?

Information on the naturally-aspirated KA24E and KA24DE engines.

as i was getting to my ECU, I tried to unscrew the bolt in the middle of the ECU, between the wires, and it kept turning but wouldn’t come out. So I screwed it back in the other way (it was marked, so I screwed it to the position it had been in before). than i check to make sure everything is ok and the car wont start at all. Anyone know whats going on? :(
