Car wont start dont know what to do????

I have a 89 240 with a dual cam swapped in. It drove fine for a couple months then one morning I came to start it and nothing. The solenoids not clicking and the battery is fine I even put a brand new one in just to test it. I dont think its the alt because it wont even attempt to crank over. Im pretty sure its electrical I dont see how it could have siezed but Im not exactly sure what to look for.

Any suggestions btw I have an electrical tester but I dont really know what to check.

If you can turn the crank then its not siezed.

Check to see if your fuses and relays are good. Then check and make sure your getting voltage to your starter.

Touch a screwdriver between the positive post on the starter and the solenoid. If it cranks then it is your relay or maybe your key switch. If ti doesn't crank, then your fuse it blown or the starter is bad.
