Ok guys I can seriously use some help.... My battery has been . It would die if the car sat still without starting for just one day, so I tried jumping the car the other day and the car started fine, but when I tried starting the car in the morning everything went berserk. What happens when i try and start it is not the normal clicking but a different clicking that sounds like its coming from the driver side kick panel??? and as a test i tried to use the blinkers and instead of the arrows blinking like normal everything blinks instead of the arrows, so when I engage the left arrow the left half of the dashboard blinks and when I engage the right indicator then the right side of the dash blinks, when the Hazards are on the whole thing blinks again without the actual arrows just everything else. The motor wont even attempt to crank. I dug up some cash and bought a new battery but the same thing happened. PLEASE HELP ALMIGHTY USERS OF NICO.

ohh and its a 95 240sx, manual

Dont know how much help i can be but I had the EXACT same problem with a Honda. I could never pinpoint my exact prob, but i rewired the terminals, re ran the ground to a better part of the body, re wired the alt to the battery, then noticed my ac pully was f***ed and slowing down the whole drive belt that included the Alt. After doin all that and special ordering a belt to bypass the ac, i never had the prob again.

Again though this was on a Honda so I dont know how much help it will be, but i would start with new battery terminals, have the ALT tested, inspect the wiring to the alt. Inspect the wiring to and the terminals on the starter cylinoid, make sure all of your pullies that are with ALT are fully operational.
