Car wont start after oil filter change (immediate help please)

i was trying to change my oil filter and everything worked right before i changed it and then after i changed it, the car wouldnt start. i checked the battery already and thats not it so i got under the car and saw a wire hanging in the area of my filter. not sure where it is from or if it was hanging before but i took picts. if someone could tell me what this wire is to and if this may be the problem then that would be great. if it isnt the problem maybe someone might be able to help me figure out what it is from. thanks for your help and immediate response would be greatim tryin to get pics of the wire but i cant figure out how to upload the pics (yes im a newb) anyways the wire is a black with yellow stripe wire

*tries to visuallize positions but fails miserably* Think the starter is somewhat near the area, but may be on the other side. Your oil pressure sending unit (just for monitoring) would be a likely connection though as it is very very near your filter.

When I got my 240 I had loose wiring everywhere, I found that it's usually best to take it out to it's longest reaches and see what's there. A lot of times when you get near that length it'll start to work itself towards clips that it's fallen out of.

Whats the car sound like when you try to start it? What are you hearing, does it try to crank? Do you hear the fuel pump?

the engie doesnt crank and all i hear is the fuel pump...lights all work and everything so idk but here are the pics

the connector in the fist pic looks like it connects to the connector off of the starter. the other two need better pics

I like your door panel lining, i'd like to do something similar but I've got the blue interior so not sure i could pull it off. Maybe just another blue color, at least that'd look newer

thanks...my brother in law bought me the leather and i helped him with the install...took maybe 35-45 min...i like the look of it...i did the glove compartment, arm rest center console, and both door panels...i want to do the back arm rests if it is possible
