car wont start after hg swap

ok swaped in a cometic hg and arp head studs and now my car wont start. i also installed my after market exhaust. when i try to turn it on it goes....wom wom...wom wom...wom wom....like its getting a spark but not exploding or somthing i cant figure it out. what could this be from?

see i took the cas out and made shore it was right. thats the first thing i did. put that ***** at tdc and put the cas to its setting again and its fine. this is why im confused on what the problem is. i still have that problem with my ecu reading code 13 saying my temp sensor is bad, but its not because i replaced both and all the wires run to the right places. is there a way to reset the ecu?

Battery sounds dead, or low on power.

i was jumping it. the battery was dead so i was already jumping it. it sounds to me as its a ground but all the grounds are fine.

btw since i broke that exhaust cam i put in a b13 sr20de exhaust cam and the car will only start and stay on now if i keep the throttle open up, if i let off the gas it will bog down and die. could the exhaust cam im running be the issue because the lobes are so different? that exhaust cam is the only reall part change i did besides the hg.
