Car ran fine, then developed a fuel leak, so it was a o-ring. I replaced the o-ring, infact all of them, put the rail and everything back together...nowww the car wont start I pulled out the plugs, and they were fouled, gas all over, so i put some new ones in, and it turned over, sounded like it was running on 1 cylinder, than shut off....after that...nothing. What do you guys think? Once again everything was fine before. thanks

Sounds like your still leaking fuel from the fuel rail, and its flooding out the engine. Take the fuel rail off the intake manifold and turn the key to activate the fuel pump, that will tell you if its still leaking.
