i have a nissan 240 the eng cont fuse keeps blowing and when i try to crank the car the fuel pump does not come on

Best I can do for you right now is point you to the FSM.http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM Your answer will be in there, or possibly someone else will come along with an answer. Did you do anything to the car before this happened? What kind of mods have you done to it in general? There's a lot more info that you need to put in, like what year it is even.

it is a 1991 i am geting the car ready for a swap i have takeing all the heating and cooling stuff out to lighten the car and the firewall insatllion

That circuit only goes to the ECU and the bulb check relay. It's either a bad computer or a grounded wire somewhere, which is probably more likely considering you've been taking stuff out.
