car wont run over 2000rpm when hot. any ideas?

Hey guys im new to the SR nissan stuff and i was wondering if i could get any ideas or inputs in what could be the cause of my problem, my car will run perfectly most of the times, but sometimes when is being run hard or revved much (possibly when hot) it will not run over 2000 Rpm if i try to accelerate more it wont go over the 2000 rpm, it runs rich when it does that. and my plugs will get carbon heavily, i have change them 4 times already and it keeps doing it when driven hard for a while. any idea what it could be ? the specs of the car is

S14 SR20DET with front intercooler, e-boost controller, turbo timer, intake, nismo Fpr, and i run it on 5 pounds only. i have also a APEXi NEO that has been street tune from AERO K.

so anything i should look into ?

check the MAF plug see if any wires are loose.

Ditto. Sounds like a MAF issue. Once the engine is warm the ECU uses the MAF reading to determine fuel, etc... If it's getting a low or bad signal, it limits the engine.
