So from the research I did I found 32 is the egr system. I saw Nistech's advise to check the small L hose going from the egrc-bpt valve to the egr valve. Its cracked at the bend and I can feel air coming out. Any one happen to know this part number?

Its been running fine, although I have had a code come and go(usually before I get a chance to check it) finally the code comes on, and every now and again (getting more frequent) it wont start, and when it does, it wont idle for the first 4-5 seconds. after that its ok, other then the fact that it idles high ~1.5k, replacing this pipe should clear that all up yes? is there a way for me to make it start reliably until the new hose gets here?

Just take your old hose to an auto parts store and get the same length of fuel hose, or get a foot and cut it to length.

And yes, replacing the hose *should* fix the high idle.

In the post by nistech he said it was it was special heat tempered hose(its not the vacume hose going to the top of the egr)...

The hose going from the bottom of the BPT valve to the input of the EGR valve... fuel hose. Maybe there's a special heat tempered one, but I replaced mine when I first got my car (3 years ago) and have not had to replace it again (still in good shape.)

I could be wrong though...

hrm maby fuel hose can do a decent job just not long long term? I trust nistech cause he is a guinous but its probably one of those things were you can fix it good, or good enough...well then I might just have to buy some fuel hose till the part ships thanks man
