Car won't Start up.

Ive change the following : timing belt, polished plenum, relocated detonation sensor, water bypass, throttle position sensor. I'm getting code 55. I do have spark. I do have fuel, in fact the car is just flooding itself. Im quite confident that ive reassembled everything correctly. Crank turns when i try starting but it just won't fire.

is there a special position for crank angle sensor? When i did timing belt i aligned the crank sprocket tdc (oil pump notch) put belt on arrows facing out and quite confident i got all marks lined up perfectly. Any ideas?
