car won't start

hey, so i was changing my window motor when i noticed a small electric buzzing sound, i'd never heard it before, at first i thought it was the window, but it wasn't

when i went to turn my car on , it won't turn over, i checked and the electric buzzing seems to be coming from under the car

anybody know what the problem could be???

if it helps, when i go to turn the car on, everythin else dims a lot, and sometimes when i go to turn the lights on the headlights go on, but the lights in the gauges don't

any help would be greatly appreciated
