car won't start?!??!?!?!

I have a 92 hatch with an sr20det redtop, I just put in new headers and a new dump-pipe I put everything in but my car sat around for like 3 weeks, because after i took everything out I never had time to put the new parts in, but when I got around to it and finished everything my car wouldn't start?!!? I thought it would be the spark plugs, but I tested them they work fine and just for the heck of it I got new ones. My battery is dead so I thought that's why my car wouldn't start but i jumped it and we tried to pop the clutch by pushing the car to start it still nothing and I even put in a different battery in it that has a lot of life left in it and it will not start. When I turn the key the car wants to start it's almost there but it won't . I don't know what it is, any ideas?

go over your work and check to be sure everything is installed correctly. i would think the only thing that would cause it not to start would be something installed incorrectly thats assuming that it ran before u did the parts swap.

More than likely, there is corrosion between the battery terminals, and the battery post. Remove, and clean the crusty stuff from them. Inside and out.

check all the vacuum hoses and even go and check fuel pressure... if its turning over and getting spark, theres only so much it could be.
