the only way i have been able to start my car is pop starting it being pushed down the street and is that damn embarassing. i noticed one day my heater stopped blowing hot air when the heat was on and yet it said my car was over heating or to the point of explosion, but no engine light or codes. the idle is very spurratic and ive about had it with this car. ive put more money into this POS than what its worth, i just need it to run again because of my job i start this week. my friend was telling me the EGR is bad...i dont have the money to replace that as of now but i did clean it. anyone has any clues on what to do i would greatly appreciate it

Your car has to be pushed started? That means your battery is dead. Try and jump start it.

tried that bud, lol, had it hooked up to my brothers TA with a 350 pushin more crank power then is needed and still wont start, and when she does its pretty rough soundin...had a goop like mixture in the intake manifold, and i know thats not good...im hoping it aint a blown head gasket...this would be my second car with that problem...as i dont have the money right now to repair it. i do have another cylinder head laying around in my garage with a new intake manifold but im not mechanically inclined enough to do this myself...i dont know if the head is even good..i would like to keep this car but depending on my DSM it would be cheaper to replace the engine in that... in which has a solid body and new tires

Is the goop black? I'm not sure what it is but I also had that in my TB and intake manifold. I cleaned it out with paper towels and carb cleaner. After all the carb cleaner burned off the car runs a lot smoother now. Maybe that will help..
