hey everyone. this is my first time posting here, i was referred by my buddy Tyler (MasterMan). anyways, what was a simple dead battery(due to the remote wire comming lose on my amp), turned into a problem. For some reason my roommate pulled out all my plugs on my 90 240sx. So instead of just jumping the car now i have to figure out the firing order to put the plugs back in correctly. First i just tried all different combinations not knowing what the hell i was doing. Can this do any damage? Then i went to autozone and they printed out a diagram of the firing order, so i plugged them all in exactly as shown and still my car wont start. Does anyone know if trying to start the car with the plugs in the wrong order could damage the plugs wires or anything else? I have exams this week and i really need to get my car running. any help would be greatly appreciated.

NO, it should not damage anything if just the plug wires were in the wrong position. Did he pull anything else loose? Do you have any spark?

Just remove one your spark plugs but keep it pluged (unplug the others) and have some one crak the car while you check. You should see an arc of electricity going trough the plug tip. Just do that for every cylinder. You could aslo disconnect fuel supply but it should be ok if you dont crank it for too long.
