I just got through changing the timing belt, water pump, thermostat, and all belts. I put everything back together and put new spark plugs in. I went to start the car to get the coolant through the system and... NOTHING!!! Ican hear the starter turning09 and the belts turn... I thought it was the battery at first and had a friend give me a jump. But that didn't help. There is gas in the tank. I took out the #1 spark plug and it smells of gas, so I don't think it's the injectors. The wires on the spark plugs look fine. I checked all of the fuses and they are fine. I am on my way to get a new battery, but I really don't think that is the cause. What could be the problem?... How can I make the spark plugs fire? Any help would be greatly appreciated... thanks!!!
