Car won't start. No Power whatsoever

I double parked and left the car for about 5 minutes. I go back and realize the doors didn't lock. I try to lock and nothing. I manually lock and try to unlock nothing. I try to start and nothing. I try to turn on interior lights and nothing. The car is used so I don't have a manual. All I have is the Navigation manual.

Need help now if possible, b/c I am double parked in front of my condo building.

Does anything electrical come on, or is it stone cold dead without any electrical thing operating?

Dead battery? Stolen battery?

This happened to our M35 a few weeks ago. Turns out the computer chip in the ignition button went out. The dealer was stumped though, and they ended up calling the manufacturer to find out what was wrong. Word of warning if this is your problem...take both keys with you because they have to completely reprogram them for the new chip.
