Car won't start...Ka24

Just put a "newer" Ka in my 95 and it started fine. I let it run for about 10 to 15 minutes to warm up. I turned it off to clean up the garage then started it back up. Started no problem but then stalled out in nuetral. Car has not and will not start since. I got a check engine light on but I can't find out what it is till I can get a obdII code scanner. Anyone have any Ideas? The bran new plugs I put in are fouled already they still spark but it's yellow. Everytime I pull them they are dry. Finally I pulled one and it had some gas on it so It's got gas and spark just no ignition. I'm kinda puzzled. Any help would be great.
