Alright car has never done this until now. Sometimes when I press the clutch all the way down, the car does not start. Everything else turns on fine (radio, turbo timer, etc.) but not the car. It takes me a few times before the car starts normal.

I'm not sure but could there be a rubber stopper (like on the brake pedal) that could of fallen out? cause I remember seeing some kind of quarter size fall from the pedal area but wasn't sure.

Well there is a sensor the will on fire the starter if the clutch is in. Toyota has a buttom in some vehicals that is called "Clutch Start Cancel" but we dont got it :). Look right behind the pedel for a black switch that gets hit when the pedel is fully pressed.

You dont need a dealer. Just check the little button down where the clutch pedal pushes down on. alot of people loose the little bolt that pushes down on it. You can push it yourself if you lean over when you start it. try that first.
