Car won't start after diagnostic

I just ran a diagnostic to pull an error code from my ECM because my check engine light is on. I followed instructions step by step and when I try to start my car to complete the diagnostic, surprise surprise, it doesn't start. Anyone have any input on what could have happened in the two minutes since I parked the car and removed the ECM from its mounting place? It doesn't even turn over. The battery is charged.....and wow im confused. When I turn the key and push in the clutch to activate the sensor, I hear the clutch relay click, but it doesn't turn over. I need some help quickly because this is my only transportation.
