car won't idle right

ok where to begin- car starts,runs, but idles rough, sometimes it idles fine for about 30 seconds or so but mostly rough! Sounds like the car as hiccups! Rev up the motor let off the gas it dies. things I've checked:

VACCUM LEAKS- gauge reads 20 on idle TIMING-can't really check it cause the car won't stay running when you rev it up + it does idle fine at times SPARK PLUGS- changed them out set them to 30 INJECTORS-took fuel rail out primed the line and turned it over, no leaks MAF-checked the wiring, unplugged the maf still runs rough unplugged and swapped maf WIRING-went over everything

my set up was all done at once but here it is:

T3/T4 turbo, tial wastegate(8.7 lb spring) with jwt tuned ecu, bov 300zx maf and 550cc inj. flowing at 605cc 3" exhaust all the way back (blitz nur spec) wiseco 9.0-1 pistens bored .020 over, eagle rods stock crank balanced and polished everything in the head is bc=stage 2 cams, titanium retainers,springs & .05 valves head has a slight port and polish with a 5 angle valve job, stage 3 clutch

Any help will be tried and appreciated greatly!

Got another distributor? After 5 years mine finially got a hairline crack and was doing what you described....When you start it up turn the dizzy back and forth. To where it's better. At least so you can throw a timing light on her.
