Car will not turn over.

Good afternoon. I am having trouble starting my 94' J30 T. I recently started driving a Van Pool to work so my J30 sits for week at a time. It was recently low on gas (almost on empty) and it sat for about a week. I added about a gallon of gas. (I thought that might help), then I tried to start, after a few tries it turns over, and then after literally a second it sputters out.When I try it again, it will not even turn over. Does it have something to do with the fuel injection? Any thoughts. I am stuck here. Please help. Thanks.

Engine might be flooded from first start attempt.

Have you tried holding the accelerator to the floor and cranking?

If the car starts, let it run for a good 20-30 minutes before shutting off.
