car will not start please help!

I just bought an 89 240sx 5spd with 133,000 miles on it and the motor shot. bought a brand new re-maned motor with almost everything replaced and she ran good. put about 400 miles on it and now It will not start. I put it in gear and pushed it then dumped the clutch and it runs fine untill i shut it off. I turn the key and it dosnt make a sound.Here is what i have tried to do so far...

-Took the starter to get tested and it passed-took sand paper and cleaned all electrical connections.-battery is 1 week old and EVERYTHING works in the car (radio, windows, lights, ect) -tried jumping it with a truck to get more power through it but that didnt work.

I know tht theres power going to the starter from the batt cuz I forgot to dissconect the batt and almost shocked myself. new wires, plugs, distributer, everything!!!! Please help me out idk what else to do.

The only thing I have not done was check for any fuses but my display on the box is worn so idk what fuse is what. please guys i need help,

hey, stupid question, have you tried turning over the motor from harmonic balancer? hope motor isnt seized, check the earth going to motor. also check through all fuse boxes both in engine bay and in car.
