I installed a built engine ith 9.1 Wiseco Pistons and Eagle Rods., z32 mafs, 72lbs injectors with a enthaply tune. Problem is my car keeps turning off when I let off the gas no matter what. My car will idle, than just go max rich and die out. It's got to the point where I can't even start my car anymore. Timming is dead on at 20 degrees. New rotor, spark plug wires. Running a GT32. My wideband says max rich and it floods out. What would cause this? I can't get the darn thing running right! I need help bad At least it idled before. Now it won't even keep an idle. Any ideas?

Your injectors leaking? Check your oil now see if it smells like gas. You don't want to spin a bearing like me. What's your fuel pressure? Got your vaccum on your FPR? What's your vacuum at idle? Also someitmes enthalpy ecu's the chip comes loose in shipping. Undo the 4 screws and make sure everythign is still plugged in inside.

Consider checking your plugs at this point. If you have been running rich you've probably fouled them up. That's probably why it seems to be getting worse on you instead of staying stagnant.

Check those, and then look for causes of rich mixtures. Injector leaks, fuel pressure issues, tune, etc.

When it was running did you see smoke out of the exhaust? What color/odor?

Also check for vac/boost leaks. After I put my new engine together I had a end of a zip tie get stuck between the 2 intake manifolds. I spend a couple of month tracking down the bad idle/driving until I found that. I would def. test the engine for any air leaks.

I replaced my o2 sensor and sparkplugs. Car starts fine and i'm able to rev it. Problem is, it runs max rich. Even if I step on the gas, it runs extremelly rich. My vacuum is at 15. It idles perfect. When I try to drive it, it goes extremelly rich and runs crappy with a lack of power. It also rich during idle. I will undo the ecu tonight and see if anything is loose. My fuel pressure is a 32 psi. I have no leaks, I checked all my pipes. My vacuum lines are good also. Would a bad mafs do this? I have no engine codes right now.

Injectors are top feeds and has under 5 k miles. The only thing I think it can be at this point is my tune. Help me out guys, I even replaced almost every sensor in my car. I already dumped 8 k into my engine and it won't run right! It's not even drivable.

You should check your air/fuel ratio.

Are you sure your cam timing is right? If you only have 15 psi of vaccume it kinda sounds like its off...

Check your MAF wiring. Should be about .6V with the key ON.

If it idles fine at 14.7:1, check your injector seals.

Also change your oil and your spark plugs if you resolve anything.

I'm getting a new MAFS. Sparkplugs, wires are all new. I just found out my GT32 is destroyed. The bearings are toast. Enthalpy is sending me another ecu to test out. By 2 weeks, I should be able to figure out my rich issue. I'm hoping it's my tune.

How close is your MAF to the turbo. Try moving the MAF farther away from the turbo.
