Car will not go over and 40mph, and is breaking up really bad. Air/fuel problem?

hey, i took my car to the track friday night, everything was pretty much fine, it did seem to smoke a little more than usual, not to mention, it's already running rich as iono what. And the next day, it is just backfiring non stop and acting real funny throughout all of the rpms. I cant describe how miserable i am, let alone. i'm getting about 5 miles to the gallon. Someone please give me some advice, or if you live in the area, any help is appreciated. Thank you

First things first, gotta check your bottom end, especially because this happened after a track day. Do a compression test and then get back to us with the results.

Id love to help you man, but its a bit of a drive for you. Im in northern Va.

i'm almost positive the motor is fine. but i will test the compression out just in case, no big deal. But i'm thinking it's a more serious problem, or either the **** is dead from the tune i got back in the winter when it was about 30*F everyday, but i'm not sure. It just dont make any since, i will post up more news tomorow after a check up. Everyone's trying to tell me it's a boost leak, but hell no. thanks for the advice, more is welcome.

about to inspect the ***** in about 30 minutes. Any particular parts to be looking into??

does it rev more than 2500rpm?

any codes on the ecu?

could also be injectors that got stuck open, or mafs broke

also whats the setup?

i'll go past 2500, so i know it's not in limp mode. Havent looked in into the ecu. I'm thinking a sensor is broke, or the wiring in the safc has become tampered with or just disconnected period.

How can a MAF break??could it be from water at all??the way my intake sits, is right under the crevice around the hood, and water does tend to seep down into the filter, i've tried putting a piece of mesh i shaped over it with plastic to keep any water out, but oh welll.
