car will idle rough and die if no gas applied

if you turn on the car for the first 3 seconds the car is normal rpms go up over a grand then drop down to undera grand for idle. then it starts fluxuating down and up getting lower and lower till it dies. If you apply gas it will idle smoothe this is on cold start and it dose it just the same when warmed up. i have replace all these partsnew mafnew iacvnew tpsnew capnew rotornew plugsnew wiresnew timing chainnew head gasketnew headnew alternaternewer injectors 60,000 miles on emtryed spare EGR Valve(the circular thing with hoess going to it)cleaned intake with carb cleanerA while back my starter relay blew and i couldnt find it so i drew power straight from the battery to the ingition switch. It ran with power straight to the ignition switch like this for 2 weeks. and since then i hooked it up to the main wiring to the ignition switch and moved around all the relays to test for a bad one and still no power to ignition switch.plz any and all help will help me now. please i need help its a daily driver

ignition timing is not perfect but it has been before and still same problem

When you say that these are new parts, do you mean brand new in box? Have you tried switching out the ECU for a known good one?

when is say new i mean out of box new. and when i said newer injectors i ment that it was used. i havent tryed a ecu yet.

Have you ran through the FSM trouble tree?

yes it led to to the ecu but i wasnt sure

Did you do any work before this started happening, like that head gasket?

yea actualy i did

So it was fine before the head gasket?
